We are a small certified organic farm with a big heart.

We currently offer certified organic U Pick Blueberries and Lavender, Blackberries, Seasonal Veggies, Yacon products, Lavender Products and Flowers.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

At MoonRidge Farms

We are looking forward to our 2024 blueberry U Pick season.

Spring has sprung! We hope that you are enjoying this wonderful weather and I hope the sunshine is feeding your soul as well as helping your garden grow. We know that ours is!

Things are happening here on the farm. Last weekend the potatoes went in the ground. Thanks to the crew for all of their efforts in getting this completed! It was a wonderful learning experience for a few of us. We look forward to enjoying those later in the year.

Starts have been growing in the greenhouse and things are looking great. Soon they will be transplanted into the garden and hoop house where they can continue to grow and produce lots of delicious goodies.

The clean-up chores continue and are really never ending, but that is life on the farm. We continue to stay busy with pruning the berries and getting them ready for the upcoming season.
Yacon crown sales are starting to wrap up. So, if you are looking for any last-minute additions to your garden, get your orders in. Reminder that these are available for shipment.

Yacon plant starts will be available for sale directly from the farm when we open for u-pick, and of course all of the yacon products (tea and syrup) are available year-round. Syrup is only available until our annual supply is exhausted.

As always thank you for your support and we look forward to sharing the farm during our u-pick season. We are here to answer any questions about the farm and offer some great local shopping.

ABOUT THE FARM

We continue to be members of the Tri-County Farms and South Clackamas Farm Loop! The Tri-County Farm brochure is a great resource for u- pick and ready pick farms in the area. Tri-County Farm Fresh Produce Guides will be available at the farm and various community locations throughout the season.

Our farm is also a founding farm of the Real Organic Project. The Real Organic Project was started by farmers to protect the meaning of organic. We grow food in the soil, not hydroponically. We raise livestock on pasture, not in confinement. In this time of concern about the erosion of integrity in the USDA, Real Organic remains exactly what organic was always intended to be. We are proud to be a member and supporter of The Real Organic Project.

The South Clackamas Farm Loop features farms and local businesses in the area that provide an interesting rural experience for those who want to take a little time to explore the area. We will be sharing events throughout the season and will provide updates of Farm Loop events as well.

South Clackamas Farm Loop is another great resources for farm loops in and around Portland. Each loop has 15 – 20 farm stops, letting you enjoy a wide variety of farm experiences.

Our storefront is stocked with bulk organic teas, jams, honey and other gardening goodies.
